I'm weird! I know!

I'm just sitting here trying to wake up fully from my LATE nap on a Sunday(that should never happen again). I've got southern rock literally blaring right now! I'm listening to "Caught up in You" by .38 Special. I just really got into that crazy music just recently. Trent definitely thought I was weird when I told him I wanted to play "Keep your hands to yourself" by The Georgia Satellites(not The Calling's version) at my wedding! I LOVE that song! Especially that version! Here is my favoritest picture of my parents! I don't know why I like it so much, it's just one of those pictures that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside(if that makes sense). It was taken up on Kolob one year that we all went up there to listen to general conference. That was a fun trip, it's just a day trip, but we don't do anything wild and crazy. We just go up there and listen to conference, eat and hang out. We'll take the kids out for little hikes down by the lake, tell stories and joke around. I miss going up there!

Ok, this picture cracks me up! I love it! When my grandma Toni was packing her apartment to move to Page she had all these pictures that she was going through at the time that I just happened to be there, and she gave them to me, most of them are just of my grandpa, but this one was in the pile. I was just a baby when this event took place. But the family remembers it. It's my uncle Lane, Uncle Jerrol and grandpa Leavitt. They were always doing crazy things like that. I seriously wish my Ipson family was like that. Not dissing on my Ipson family, we are just a bunch of crazy white trash rednecks on my moms side of the family.
I love this picture. I swear Goldy was the best dog ever! But then again, she was the only dog we ever had. That I know of! One day I just put my sweater on her. I can remember doing it, but I don't remember if I was the one thought of it and executed the doing or if someone else helped me! Oh-well! Memories!!!!
This week was an interesting week. On Wednesday night I was leaving work and Edwin was at the AP desk, and we got talking and he said something about me transferring to AP(not gonna happen) and I told him I hate getting on the intercom and he teased me about that for awhile, so he told me he was going to teach me how(I already know how, I just don't want to). So Thursday he sent me a text that he was going to show me how, but I ended up leaving really early, so I teased him about it. So Friday before work he texted me again and we texted back and forth until work started. Luckily for me, he was at the gate and I was in the Marketing Room. So we didn't even see each other, but Stephanie and Easton kept teasing me about it all night. Yeah, thanks for telling them, Melissa. Then at 3 in the morning Edwin starts texting me again, it was so funny. So I didn't get to bed till forever. But he's a cool person to talk to. He's the kind of person that if your hanging out with him, you'd be laughing your butt off the whole time(and he likes the whole Twilight thing- I haven't even read the books or seen the movie).
I went to the oral surgeon on Thursday. I guess the surgery is going to be sometime in may, but I am going to try and push for it to be the first week of June. I'll have my work-up done in April and get ready during may, then take 6 weeks off work to "heal." Doctor Davis said I could go back to work 2-3 days after, but then he heard what I do, and said it would be better to take 6 weeks off. There is absolutely no lifting, bending, stooping over(which is exactly what I do for work). I can't eat anything at all for 4-5 weeks. I'll be on a straight liquid diet for the first 2 weeks. Then soft foods after that(I HATE yogurt and pudding- I learned that when I got my wisdom teeth pulled and that was only for a couple of days). So yeah! I just can't wait to get it all over with! But I'll be in debt for like trying to pay for it all! Plus my jeep! Maybe I should find a weekend job! Hmmmm, that's a thought!
My song is on!! I better find someone who won't care if that song gets played at their wedding(in the music video, the girl is pregnant at their wedding)!
Last night Dani and Trent were here with some of their friends and their friends want to set me up with a brother(I don't know these peoples names), so next saturday instead of a double date it will be a triple date! I just hope he isn't weird like some of these people I've met(and have been hooked up with).

Oh my! You crack me up! I kinda thought the Ipson side of the family was the crazy side. My bad! But then I don't know must of the cousins and junk on my mom's side.

Sunday naps are the best, I'm really ornery if I Don't get mine... Lol
Good luck with your surgery. That pretty much sucks. But hopefully things will get better after that! Love ya!

Your parents are one of the cutest couples I know! Wow, that surgery sounds pretty intense! I don't think I could go that long on a liquid diet. Yikes!
